Hello everyone. I am 20 and graduated in 2024. I’ve been in IEP classes for math my whole life and I’m pretty terrible. I feel like because I was always pushed into IEP low level classes, I never got to grasp the full fundamentals of math the way other people did. I’ve heard many people say if “you’re bad at math, you’re just not learning it right” and I was wondering if that’s really true.
Im currently going back to college, and I want to try for medicine—but I’m not sure i could really do it if i’m bad at math and all the prereqs (the science stuff as well) require so much math.
TLDR: does anyone know a good starting place (book, videos, websites), to help me start from the beginning and re-learn math to work my way up (algebra + beyond) ? or is it too late lol? i appreciate any and all help.
